Política de ventas y devoluciones:

  • Todas las reservas deben realizarse a través de nuestro teléfono de contacto o formulario de contacto.
  • Todas las reservas no serán efectivas hasta que sea confirmado por nuestra empresa de forma fehaciente y por escrito.
  • Todas las reservas deberán ser abonadas antes de la utilización de los servicios, salvo comunicado en contra.
  • Será habitual, salvo indicación por escrito, el realizar un depósito o anticipo exigido para confirmar la reserva y/o servicios a prestar.

 

 

Devoluciones:

En caso de anulación de la reserva se tendrá derecho a la devolución de la cantidad total abonada (nunca la paga y señal), con las indemnizaciones que resulten de aplicar los siguientes porcentajes en concepto de gastos de cancelación del anticipo exigido:

  • 0% si la anulación se hace con más de 30 días de antelación. ( paga y señal no incluida)
  • 40% si la anulación se hace 30 y 15 días.  (paga y señal no incluida)
  • 60% si la anulación se hace con 15 o menos días y más de 7. (paga y señal no incluida)
  • 100% cuando lo haga con 7 o menos días de antelación.

  • A big thank you for a great boat trip this weekend. The girls were great fun  and the lads were more than impressed and have not stopped laughing.   • Really great time, the 'it's a knockout games' is probably the best thing that I have ever done. We are now planning another group outing and are looking forward to repeating this activity.   • Good morning, this hen weekend in Tossa de mar has been a blast!  The B&B a 10, with its garden and mojitos!  The catamaran great, shame the bride felt seasick and the weather was a bit overcast although we still danced and laughed the whole time.  The restaurant food was  lovely.  The only downside was that because we arrived late, we had to eat quite fast so as not to miss our male stripper slot.  The entertainment in the disco was amazing, we had so much fun.   Thanks a million and until the next time!!!!   Cristina Vila 25/05/2013

The catamaran activity was amazing, the meal in the restaurant was delicious and the hotel was great!! We are over the moon with our hen party!  The B&B incredible, very nice staff, pretty, beautiful terrace....perfect, the catamaran excursion also perfect.  We laughed, danced and ate loads...PERFECT!  You also recommended Restaurant Marina for Sunday lunch and again spot on!   All in all a wonderful weekend and we will see you again soon.
